How to get an EIN without an SSN
Non-residents can absolutely get an EIN. Here is how the SS-4 process works and how long it really takes.
You do not need an SSN
The IRS issues EINs to foreign-owned LLCs using Form SS-4 with a third-party designee.
Timeline
